TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY

  1. The following definitions apply to the terms and conditions:  “we”, “us”, “our” means Auto Shiny Limited, and its employees, agents and independent contractors; “you” and “your” means the  customer; “delivery” means and includes the whole of the delivery operation undertaken by us in connection with the transportation of the shipment; “items” means goods or the products which are being delivered;
  2. Standard UK delivery can take up to 3 working days after dispatch. For items delivered outside the UK mainland, please allow up to an additional 5 working days. Deliveries made outside the UK mainland may also incur additional delivery charges;
  3. When placing your order you are required to provide a valid UK delivery address. We will not be liable for delays due to the delivery address being incomplete or incorrect;
  4. When placing your order you are required to provide a valid contact number, in case the courier has difficulties in locating the delivery address;
  5. You can specify a day for delivery to take place, however currently we are unable to provide a delivery time;
  6. A signature will be required upon delivery to confirm receipt of items;
  7. Standard delivery is made Monday to Friday excluding all UK bank holidays. Please contact a member of our team if you require delivery on a non-working day. Additional charges may apply for this service;
  8. All UK-based deliveries include VAT. However additional duties, taxes, and other charges may be applied by HM Revenue and Customs. These will only impact special items imported from outside of the UK. All charges will need to be paid in full before delivery is made;
  9. We will not be held liable for late delivery in the event of any major road closures, severe traffic delays and/or any incident which is beyond our control, and that which has a direct impact on the delivery route;
  10. Free standard delivery is offered to all orders over the value of £100 (inc. VAT). Some exclusions do apply, please contact a member of our team on 01216222289 for more detail;
  11. Orders received before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day;
  12. We reserve the right to amend our delivery policy without prior notice.
